Incredible cover
Een paar dagen geleden deelde een vriend van mij op Facebook een link van een bandje die op één gitaar het bekende nummer: 'Somebody That I Used To Know' van Gotye speelt. Hij was niet de enige die hiervan onder de indruk was. Binnen no time had mijn halve vriendenlijst deze video gedeeld. Twitter kon natuurlijk niet achter blijven en de link werd gedeeld en bekeken door vele Nederlandse bandjes, artiesten, dj's en BN'ers. Iedereen stond versteld en wilden weten wie Walk Off The Earth (de band achter deze cover) was. Hun populariteit stijgt inmiddels de pan uit! Miljoenen hits op Youtube, 60.000 Likers op Facebook en ruim 5.000 Followers op Twitter. Verder is er weinig over deze band te vinden op internet. Ze komen uit Canada en bestaan al vanaf 2006. Of ze daadwerkelijk ook iets uitgebracht hebben is onbekend. Maar ik denk dat met dit succes dat niet lang meer zal duren..

Inside Design #2: Kensal Walk
Welcome to a new Inside Design! My new monthly column where we take a sneak peek of the interior design and architecture of houses or apartments, in the make or finished and for sale.
Last time we were in Canada, now we cross over to the US. We're in Louisville (Kentucky). These houses, in the sparkly neighbourhood Windsor Gate, ranging to 2000 square feet and are all well finished. There's also a double garage and private fenced yards. Inside, rich interiors feature master bedrooms with walk-in closets, soaker tubs, imported tiles and an open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Inside Design #1: Wedgewood
Welcome to my new monthly column (next to BOTM and AOTM) called: Inside Design! A sneak peek of the interior design and architecture of houses or apartments, in the make or finished and for sale.
We start in North Vancouver (Canada). This house has 3-4 bedrooms and is located in Lynnmour, close to the waters of Lynn Creek. It has everything you want for your home, a warm floor, an expended kitchen and a double-car garage. The furniture is contemporary and luxurious and there's a cosy fireplace where you can completely relax after a long day.
